Safe play — so you can give it everything
We want you to give it everything — and come back. Here's how we keep the hall safe, and what you can do yourself.
Instructors are there the whole time
You'll find them on the floor in every activity zone. Ask if anything is unclear — that's what they're there for.
Helmet, harness and protective gear
Helmets are mandatory on skate and scoot for everyone under 13, and recommended for all. Harnesses are used for rope climbing and Via Ferrata. All equipment can be rented at reception — indoor shoes are available to borrow too.
An adult on the team
Children under 18 must have an adult (18+) with them in the hall. Adults are welcome at any age — there's no upper limit.
Via Ferrata — its own routine
Harness, safety line and a certified guide the whole way. Yellow route from 120 cm, blue from 150 cm. Booked as a separate experience on top of drop-in.
Frequently asked questions
The questions we hear most before a first visit — clothing, shoes, age limits, height requirements and what to bring.
What should my child wear?
Comfortable activewear works best — what you'd wear to a training session. The minimum attire in the hall is a singlet and shorts. On the trampolines and in the net park, skip skirts and loose clothing that can get caught. Indoor shoes are mandatory in the net park and recommended in the trampoline hall. If you don't have any with you, you can rent a pair at reception.
What kind of shoes do we need?
Indoor shoes are mandatory in the net park and must be worn in the trampoline hall. On skate and scoot, wear regular skate shoes or trainers — not sandals. Climbing shoes are mandatory on the climbing wall — for both children and adults. Indoor shoes, climbing shoes, boards, scooters and helmets can all be rented at reception — you don't need to bring your own gear.
What are the age limits per activity?
Climbing, skate, scoot and trampoline are open to all ages — from the very youngest to adults. The net park is open to everyone too, but the big slide from the top and the airbag zone require a minimum age of 5. Via Ferrata: yellow route from 120 cm in height, blue route from 150 cm — both run on Saturdays. Mini-Playground for babies and toddlers is open Monday–Friday 10:00–15:00.
Does my child need a helmet in the skate park?
Yes — helmets are mandatory for everyone under 13 on skate and scoot, and we recommend them for everyone regardless of age. Helmets aren't used on the climbing wall, but you're not allowed to wear headphones while climbing with autobelay. Helmets and protective gear can be rented at reception.
Do I have to stay with my child in the hall?
Children under 13 must have an adult (18+) with them in the hall. One adult can bring up to four children. From age 13, teens can come on their own — without a parent or guardian. Adults are welcome at any age; there's no upper limit. Everyone entering signs a short guest agreement at the door.
What is Brattkort, and who needs it?
Brattkort is the Norwegian Climbing Federation's certification of basic climbing safety skills. It's mandatory if you want to lead climb with us — you don't need it for autobelay or top-rope climbing. The course runs over a weekend: 4 hours Saturday + 4 hours Sunday, 8 hours with an instructor in total. Price kr 1 599. Age limit 13 — under 18 you need a guardian's consent. You take the Brattkort test separately after the course.
Can we rent equipment, or do we need to bring our own?
Everything you need can be rented at reception: indoor shoes, climbing shoes, climbing harness, board, scooter, helmet and protective gear. You don't need to bring anything of your own — just show up. You'll find equipment rental prices at /en/priser.
Do adults need to bring an adult?
No — if you're 18 or older, you can come alone or with friends. Adults are welcome at any age; there's no upper limit. Only children under 18 need an adult (18+) with them in the hall. The accompanying adult signs the guest agreement at the door and is responsible during the visit.
