Playground forus AS is the data controller for the personal data we collect from you when you use our services. Here you will find an overview of what we collect, why, and how we process it.

What data we collect
When you send a message via the contact form, we store your name, email address and the content of the message. When you visit playground.no, we collect anonymous usage statistics via Google Analytics 4 — only after you have given your consent via the cookie banner.
What we use the data for
Contact details are used to reply to your enquiry, and are followed up via our CRM (HubSpot). Usage statistics help us understand which pages work well and which ones we need to improve. We never sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies and consent
We only set strictly necessary cookies before you give your consent. If you choose “Accept all”, we may also set analytics cookies (Google Analytics). You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings at the bottom of the page.
Storage period and your rights
Contact-form messages are stored for up to 24 months before they are deleted. Analytics data is anonymised after 14 months. You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and data portability — contact us at post@playground.no.
Complaints and contact
If you believe we are processing personal data incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.no). Data controller: Playground forus AS, Tvedtsenteret, Lagerveien 2, 4033 Stavanger.
