Our course runs over a weekend, Saturday and Sunday at 4 hours each, and covers both top-rope and lead climbing. After the course you sit the Brattkort test separately with us; you get a temporary course certificate valid for 2 weeks while you practise for the test. Built on Norges klatreforbund's course template, with a focus on belaying technique, equipment use and how to conduct yourself in a climbing centre.

About the courses
Climbing School · 6–10 yrs
For kids who love to climb — or want to try for the very first time. We teach the basic movements on the climbing wall and build confidence through play and mastery, always in a safe and inclusive setting. The play strengthens motor skills, balance and mobility, and the course lays a solid foundation for further progression in the Climbing School.
Climbing School · 10–13 yrs
A safe and fun introduction to climbing for anyone who wants to learn the basic technique and movements on the climbing wall. We focus on play, mastery and development — both mental and physical — and work on motor skills, balance and mobility in a safe setting. The course builds a strong foundation for further progression in the more structured part of the Climbing School.
Climbing School · 13–15 yrs
For lower-secondary pupils who are complete beginners or have climbed a little before, and want to try climbing in a safe, social and motivating environment. You get a fun and varied introduction focused on motor skills, balance and mobility, while building both mental and physical strength. A low-threshold option that's perfect if you want to train once a week.
Multisport · 3–5 yrs
A course for our youngest, where a grown-up joins in and helps along the way. We want the grown-ups to take part in the play too, get inspired to move and rediscover their inner child. Together we explore movement through bouldering, climbing, trampolines, the motor-skills net and the airbag — always in a safe setting and with plenty of smiles and fun. The goal is joy and mastery that strengthen kids' natural ability to move.
Beginner Skate School · 6–10 yrs
Want to learn skateboard and scooter from scratch? This is a safe and fun introduction to both, tailor-made for anyone who's completely new or has only tried a little before. We work on balance, braking and turning in small steps of mastery that bring big joy, with guidance from experienced instructors in an inclusive environment. You need no prior experience or gear of your own — you can borrow everything from us.
Skate and Scooter School · 6–10 yrs
Love speed and excitement, or want to learn scooter and skateboard from the ground up? Here you learn new tricks and improve your skills with guidance from experienced instructors in a safe and inclusive environment. The course suits all levels — we adapt the activities so both beginners and the more experienced get challenges they can master, always with a focus on play and fun.
