Terms of use
These terms apply to your visit to Playground, and to the purchase of drop-in tickets, punch cards, memberships, birthdays, courses and camps.

Safety and staff instructions
You are responsible for following the safety rules and the staff’s instructions. Play and activity are at your own risk. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) who is responsible for their supervision.
Tickets and payment
Tickets are bought at reception or online (where available). Punch cards and memberships are personal and cannot be transferred. A drop-in ticket gives unlimited play time on the same day during regular opening hours.
Cancellation — courses, camps and birthdays
Cancellation of a course, camp or birthday at least 7 days in advance gives a full refund. Later cancellations are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled to a new date subject to availability. Get in touch and we will find a solution.
Injury and loss
Playground accepts liability for injury caused by negligence on our part. We do not accept responsibility for loss, damage or theft of valuables brought onto the premises. Lockers are available.

The processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy.
Changes to the terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are announced on this page with a new date.
